Pasteurizing Units

www.alpinedairysolutions.com / Tubular Pasteurizer for pulpy fruit juice, fruit nectar, ketchup & high viscose products

Plate Pasteruizers are commonly used throughout the dairy and food industry for low viscosity fluids like milk.

Our Plate Pasteurizers are stand-alone units with automatic control of pasteurization temperature, flow diversion and continuous data recording for trace-ability and quality control.

Our modular design allows optimum high heat recovery for low operating costs.

Pasteurizers are also available with integrated dosing / mixing systems for specialty products and in-line CIP systems in various capacities.

All our pasteurizing units are pre-assembled and factory tested for speedy installation and commissioning on site.

Pasteurization is one of the most important stages of food processing with a direct impact on quality and shelf life of the product.

Alpine's skid mounted pasteurization systems are manufactured with plate and tube-in-tube technologies for low, medium and high viscosity products. Tubular pasteurizers are fully automated systems ideal for pasteurization of products with low to medium viscosity and products that contain fibers or particulates like pulpy fruit juice, fruit nectar, syrup, and ketchup.

Through tubular pasteurization the product is heated in an indirect way within a tube-in-tube feature wherein the medium to be heated flows in the inner tube against the counter-flow principal.

Theses systems can be easily combined to other supplementary units deareators (with aroma recovery), homogenizer, CIP units.

The units are pre-assembled on a stainless-steel skid  for easy installation on site.

Production capacities can vary based on the application, with fixed and variable speeds.
